My personal background is several years with a regional airline, then a small GA shop picking up wrecked aircraft for rebuild, then an avionics shop where I found my calling in the avionics world doing installs, troubleshooting and bench repairs. I went on to run an avionics shop, then manage a corporate flight department. Now I’ve opened my own shop and am trying to bring back the mom-and-pop type shops to give owners a unique experience and give my employees an environment where they feel satisfied to work.
